Luca Filippi won the second round presented at Spa this weekend ahead of Jules Bianchi and Josef Kral.

Josef Kral finished in 8th position in Saturday's race, which allowed him to start from pole position (reverse grid) on Sunday.

The Czech driver led the field in the early lap, but eventually dropped down in order in the second part of the race.

Fourth in race 1, Luca Filippi took benefit of the safety car period (following a massive shunt from Fabio Leimer at Eau Rouge), and took the lead when the SC came in.

The Italian driver maintained his lead until the checkered flag, as Jules Bianchi managed to clinch second place in front of Kral.

Romain Grosjean, who already secured the title on Saturday, finished in fourth position in the second race.
