Last Sunday, some sneaky thieves made a surprise visit to Sunridge Nissan in Calgary, breaking into the premises, getting their hands on a bunch of keys and stealing a dozen new vehicles off the lot.
The list of disappeared vehicles includes 5 Nissan Titan pickups, 3 Nissan Altimas, 2 Nissan Rogue crossovers, a Nissan Frontier pickup and a Nissan Pathfinder SUV.
The Police have announced that the stolen vehicles have been flagged and according to their VINs, cannot be registered. However, cars stolen by professionals usually get thrown into containers and shipped to another continent.
Today, the Calgary Herald reported that two white Titans have been recovered by the police, found parked nearby the dealership. One had switched plates, the other one had no plates at all.
