Kia recently announced it was accepting a group buy offer for its Kia Soul EV, making savings of over $12,000 available to Quebec buyers who are part of the program, once provincial governmental rebates are factored in. Members of ChargeHub’s Communauté Offres et Rabais VÉ will be eligible for $3,500 in discounts available for the group buy, in addition to the existing incentives totaling $9,100 (including $500 from Kia for the charging station).
