And several others…
In general, the tires mentioned up to now are considered top-end, popular winter models. There are, however, other brands worth considering, including those that are not as widespread on the market. For example, Kumho still offers its RW11 and Hankook its I*Pike, while newbies like Momo propose original products like the North Pole W1 to W4 line of tires.
If a brand that interests you has not been included here, you can no doubt find a description and some reviews online. But as usual, some caution is in order as many of those reviews may have resulted from tests carried out in conditions very different than those we experience here, and of course some of them are no more than advertisements.
Still, keep in mind that no matter the brand or model printed on the tire, all winter tires are a compromise, very good at some things but not so much at others.
