Today we discovered the predictions of a member of the Teamspeed forum, whose crystal ball has revealed realistic surprises that Lamborghini may well spring on us in the future.

The future of the Aventador (2011-2012)
A roadster variant of the Aventador will reportedly become available for 2012. It would be followed by a Super Veloce (SV) version of the machine in 2014, 150 kilos lighter, producing 750 hp and adorned with a big carbon fibre spoiler. Production would be limited to 350 units with deliveries starting in 2015.

In 2016, the coupe and roadster will be treated to a light makeover, which would include a new diffuser as well as redesigned tail lamps in back and minor touch-ups in front.

The last variant of the Aventador, the LP850-4, will supposedly hit dealerships in 2019. Producing 850 furious ponies, it will weigh 100 kg less than the SV, and only 50 units will be built.

The Cabrera to replace the Gallardo
The Gallardo will bow out in 2013, making way for the Cabrera coupe and its 570-hp V10. It will be built on an even lighter frame than the LP700-4 and will be wider than its predecessor. It will be rejuvenated after six years, sustaining it until the end of its life cycle, around 2024.

Estoque concept
The car will apparently appear first in 2014, powered by the same V10 as the Cabrera. A two-door convertible version will follow two years after its launch, in 2017. It will be redesigned in 2020, coinciding with the unveiling of a new concept car based on the Estoque.
