While the latest-generation Kia Optima was unveiled this past April at the New York Auto Show, it’s the European-spec model we’re interested in, and that’s not to be revealed until the upcoming auto show in Frankfurt, happening next month.
However, TheKoreanCarBlog.com leaked a few photos recently of the new Euro-spec Kia Optima. From what we can tell, the vehicle definitely looks sportier with a rear diffuser, larger tailpipes, and side skirts. There’s also a visible GT badge, which will likely equal out to our Kia Optima SX trim level here in North America when it makes the jump across the pond.
As for engine specs and more details, we won’t know more until the upcoming Frankfurt Auto Show, so stay tuned to find out more about this new Kia Optima.
