Premium automakers have tapped into a growing trend: Canadian shoppers want a way to customize their new luxury vehicles with a sport-injected package to dial up looks, exclusivity and driving dynamics. In some cases, these packages even capture some of the magic of that brand’s kickass performance flagship car.
Competing with Audi’s S-Line package, the IPL range from Infiniti, and others, Lexus product planners and designers created their own unique performance package, too. Dubbed F SPORT, the optional add-on kit is available on most Lexus models and is a nod towards the original go-fast Lexus -- the IS-F -- as well as the ultra-expensive LF-A supercar.
Upgrades include functional hardware, enhanced chassis components, striking visual cues, and more. Each package is fine-tuned to the unique personality of the model in question.

The RX F SPORT benefits from a uniquely calibrated suspension that increases agility and turns in a more engaging driving experience. Drivers will also enjoy a bolder front bumper and grille, special 19” wheels and a slew of exclusive interior enhancements including the Mark Levinson stereo system and a Heads Up Display (HUD).
IInterested in the Lexus CT 200h hybrid? Be sure to consider the F SPORT package, which adds a sport-tuned suspension, race-inspired pedals, an exclusive steering wheel, and a mesh grille treatment. Who says a hybrid can’t be exciting to look at and drive?
For the IS 250 and IS 350 model range, the F SPORT package adds a sport-tuned suspension teamed with 18” wheels and performance tires. The luxurious interior in the IS is one of its most celebrated assets—and the F SPORT treatment enhances it with a special 3-spoke steering wheel and shift knob, aluminum pedals and stainless-steel F SPORT scuff plates. Seats are also upgraded for additional support during spirited driving.
For GS 350 duty, the extensive F SPORT upgrade package includes front and rear Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), and a reprogrammed Drive Mode Select system which includes a unique SPORT PLUS mode to help capitalize on the suspension enhancements. The GS F SPORT rides on exclusive 19” wheels, and also gets an upgraded steering wheel, pedals, seats, and dash accents. A sports bumper and spoiler complete the package.

Rear-drive models also get a Torsen limited-slip differential for enhanced traction, and a throttle-blipping downshift algorithm programmed into the transmission computer. An intake sound generator, which makes the standard V8 engine sing, is also fitted.
