For the past few days a man driving a heavily modified Volkswagen Beetle has been tearing up the streets in San Diego. ABC 10 News first reported the news, according to AOL Cars UK.
Footage shows the car doing all sorts of crazy stunts such as high-speed chases and jumps, causing a mess in parking lots and gardens.
Residents are starting to worry that innocent bystanders could get hit and maybe die. Police say that the man could be charged with reckless driving.
