The NASCAR Nationwide series made its annual spring stop at the Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, N.C., Saturday evening.

Kyle Busch (Camry No 18) had started the race at the end of the pack because of an engine change before the start. He nevertheless took the lead on lap 41, but did not win the race!

A few yellow flag situations and the pit stops usually link to those, close to the end of the 200-lap race, shuffled the positions.

While nobody was aware of his presence, Mike Bliss (Chevy No 1), who had  done a great race but had not pitted, ended up with the lead.

He then had to fight for it with Brendan Gaughan (Chevy No 62)...  Until the  rain would come to his help on lap 170 as the red flag was deployed.

It did not take long for NASCAR officials to call it a race and Bliss was declared winner followed by Gaughan, Busch, Brian Vickers (Camry No 32) and Joey Logano (Camry No 20).

Polesitter Carl Edwards (Ford No 60) got caught in all that caution flag shuffle and ended up 10th.

Donna Lia, who replaced Canadian Patrick Carpentier at the wheel of the No 07 Camry, was not very lucky. His Toyota barely ran a lap before he had to pull in with ignition problems. He finished dead last.

There were four yellow flag situations for a total of 21 laps and seven drivers took the lead for a total of 12 changes.

Next Saturday, the Nationwide drivers will have to cope with the feared Monster Mile, the one-mile concrete Dover Speedway.
