Nissan has released the first official picture of the real-life Juke-R, giving fans and media a preview of the brand's ultimate crossover.
The vehicle actually made an appearance before an unsuspecting crowd at a special launch event in Malaga, Spain. Needless to say, everyone in attendance was stunned by the shocking introduction of the Juke-R.
In case you don't remember, the Juke-R uses the same 3.8L twin-turbo V6 engine, 6-speed manual gearbox and all-wheel drive system as the Nissan GT-R supercar.
Beyond the formidable powertrain, it stands out from the regular Juke with more aggressive styling including massive 20” wheels, redesigned bumpers, flared fenders, and a rear spoiler.
Development is still underway, with testing scheduled to begin in November. Only two versions of the Juke-R are being created: one left-hand and one right-hand drive.
