eXasis
Keeping weight down on any given vehicle has numerous advantages; it can keep fuel consumption down and have a direct impact on performance and handling. The "eXasis" is motivated by a lightweight 150 hp 2-cylinder 750 cc Weber engine that runs on bioethanol. This motor has only 750 kg to lug around which works out to about 5 kg per horsepower. The most attraction to the eXasis is the fact that it is see-through, made of transparent high-tech plastic developed with Bayer and the experts from BMS with their Makrolon polycarbonate. The eXasis is shod with 22" Pirelli high-performance P Zero rubber mounted on forged five-spoke wheels manufactured by German wheel maker AEZ.
