Are you car crazy?
The “Car Crazy Studio” has become another staple attraction at the SEMA Show, with host Barry Megiuar interviewing industry legends and celebrities live in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

For the first time, some of the rarest and most unique vehicles will roll onto the stage. The Car Crazy Studio team will capture the amazing features of these vehicles, which this year include a ‘29 Model A, a ‘68 Mustang, a ‘69 Camaro and more. The interviews will broadcast live on screens throughout the convention center.

Hot Rodders’ contest!
Four high school teams from across the United States will compete for the title in the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Engine Challenge National Championship.

Each team will be tearing down and rebuilding identical high-performance 5,7-Liter Chevys “dressed out” with all the goodies (the same high-performance motors found in powerful muscle cars and hot rods at shows and race events across the country) in the fastest time and the least amount of penalty minutes.

Bondurant driving demonstrations
Since 2003, demonstrations from the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving has been a popular attraction at the SEMA Show. It gives spectators a chance to witness performance products pushed to the limits in a controlled environment.

Adding to the action will be, for the first time, drivers from the school. As the official driving school of the proving ground, the Bondurant School will have professional drivers hosting demonstrations on the 4,700-square meter track throughout the week.

Off-Road testing
Sponsored by Toyota, the SEMA off-road proving ground once again gives attendees the unique opportunity to get behind the wheels and experience first-hand just how complex and exciting offroad racing can be.

Joining the action for the first time will be drivers from the Lucas Oil Off-road Racing Series (LOORS), who promise to navigate this off-road proving ground like never before!

Celebrity Appearances

Finally, the SEMA Show always attracts leading celebrities of all domains: race car drivers, television personalities, sports stars and musicians. Visitors can expect to get up-close with them for photos and signings.
