Spinelli Group will have a brand new location for its Lexus dealership in Lachine, more precisely at 150, Montreal-Toronto Boulevard. The company broke ground today, July 15th, with president and CEO Pierre Spinelli and numerous VIPs in attendance.
Two more Spinelli dealerships will move to this area of Lachine in the next two years.

Representing at least a $10 million investment, the new 30,000 square foot facility will cover more than 135,000 square feet of ground. There will be a lounge with a bar and terrace, a shuttle service to and from Montreal-Trudeau Airport, as well as a quick, one-hour repair service. One section of the showroom will be dedicated to Lexus F Sport models – a first in Canada.
“We’ll also invest over half a million dollars in new cutting-edge equipment,” said Pierre Spinelli. “The building will be environmentally friendly, with a heat recuperation system and LEED-certified lighting. Meanwhile, the minimalist, Japanese-inspired design will incorporate takumi aesthetic features to deliver a comfortable environment for customers.”
Spinelli Group consists of nine Honda, Infiniti, Lexus, Mazda, Nissan, Kia, Scion and Toyota dealerships. Nearly 500 people work at the various dealerships.
