The Sky redline packs additional visual appeal from a variety of redline-exclusive upgrades such as polished dual outlet exhaust, 18-inch chrome wheels, brake cooling ducts and black headlight bezels to convey an even more sporting look.

Inside, there are special floor mats, leather wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, metal sill plates, pedal covers, and a special gauge cluster including digital boost gauge.

Boost gauge? That's right.

A twin-scroll turbocharger force-feeds pressurized air into the 2.0 litre, direct injected Ecotec engine, enabling power output of 260 horsepower and just as much torque. The Sky's tiny stature means it weighs about as much as a loaf of bread, and can accelerate from 0-60 mph in a scant 5.5 seconds. Its all show, and all go.

The Redline team wasn't thinking about your drivers license with their latest model, but they were thinking about your safety. Dual stage front airbags, a passenger classification system, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and side-impact beams ensure a safe ride with driver enthusiasm kept in check by way of GM's electronic StabiliTrac system.

The Sky Redline will relieve adrenaline junkies of $37,190.
