Kelley Blue Book has just published a list of the top 10 coolest cars under $18,000 USD in 2015 (they pretty much all cost less than $20,000 in Canada).
These vehicles were chosen based on a number of factors including performance, versatility, and appeal. We'd say the folks at KBB nailed it, but others may disagree with the following models. What do you think?
