Every summer, Ford makes a version or a few variants of its Mustang available to us for road tests. It had been a while since I've test-driven Ford’s muscle car on the roads of my native Quebec, but I was itching for a new encounter. After all I had attended the launch of the current generation of the Mustang in September 2014, as well as its refresh in November 2017.

My latest encounter reminded me of just what a winning formula the automaker has with this model, which just keeps gaining in maturity and qualities over the years. In the GT convertible version with its powerful V8 engine, it's nigh-on impossible not to enjoy yourself when behind the wheel.
