Starting at $26,670, the 2015 Scion FR-S features enhanced tuning and improved looks. It comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission or, optionally, a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters (+ $1,180).
Highlights include a more rigid front suspension and revised rear shock absorbers for reduced body roll, a shark-fin antenna instead of a pole antenna for better aerodynamics, larger exhaust tips that are more flush with the rear bumper, automatic headlights, an updated interior panel with a carbon fibre look, as well as a new key design.
Steel replaces Argento as a sleek silver colour and Whiteout has been replaced by Halo, a pearl white available for an additional $255 fee.
Meanwhile, the 2015 Scion tC starts at $21,490 with the manual transmission and $22,790 with the automatic transmission that features Dynamic Rev Management technology. The latter also includes paddle shifters on the steering wheel.
There are two new colours for 2015: Cosmic Gray replaces Classic Silver, and Alpine White has been replaced by Blizzard Pearl, which is available for an additional $255 fee.
