Toyota has announced that the new Mirai fuel-cell sedan will arrive at select Toyota dealerships from Los Angeles to San Francisco in October.
U.S. sales forecasts for the Mirai amount to 3,000 units by 2017. Drivers who would like to pre-order a Toyota Mirai in California can do so online at www.toyota.com/mirai.
Canadian availability has yet to be announced. If and when the Mirai launches north of the border, it will likely start with the Vancouver area similar to what Hyundai did with the Tucson FCEV.
