Volkswagen today unveiled the redesigned 2016 Jetta GLI – essentially the equivalent of a Golf GTI with a trunk – offering a compelling blend of value, performance, and practicality.
The aggressive front fascia of the 2016 Volkswagen Jetta GLI incorporates a honeycomb grille and fog lights, and the new rear bumper design has a diffuser and a pair of chrome-tipped exhausts.
Sleek 18” Mallory wheels connect to a specially tuned sport suspension, while the hood conceals the same 210-horsepower, 2.0L TSI turbocharged engine with direct injection as the Golf GTI.
Inside the 2016 Volkswagen Jetta GLI, you'll find a brand new MIB 2 infotainment system that incorporates the full suite of USB and Car-Net connectivity. A new standard feature for 2016 is Volkswagen’s Automatic Post-Collision Braking system, which applies the brakes when a primary collision is detected by the airbag sensors.
