The video shows the pit stop practices of the Force India F1 team performed in the pit lane.
Each team member has a very specific task to perform during the stop. For each wheel, one mechanic operates the air gun, another one takes the wheel off, and the third mechanic puts on the new one.
When everything is done perfectly, the entire pit stop last between 3.5 to 4.0 seconds. But under such an intense pressure, it's very easy to do the smallest mistakes that will cost a lot out on the race track.
