Web Graphic Designer

Position Summary

Reporting to the department manager, the employee will be in charge of creating, developing and producing advertising banners for our clients, to be displayed on our website. He/she will focus on the design of graphic elements destined for online advertising, while taking into account the client's corporate image. He/she will also design creative mock-ups within visual guidelines and size/weight limits.

Summary of Responsabilities:

  • Creating and producing advertising banners (sizing and cutting images, Flash animations, animated gifs, etc.);
  • Developing, designing and producing advertising mock-ups based on clients' guidelines, requests and expectations;
  • Maintaining and updating advertising banners on our website;
  • Communicating frequently with our representatives and the clients;
  • Fulfilling computer graphic, HTML integration and graphic interface mandates, as needed;
  • Collaborating closely with the production and programming teams;
  • Performing other related tasks as necessary.

Technical Skills:

  • Two years of experience with Photoshop software.
  • Two years of experience with Flash animations.
  • Two years of experience with Illustrator software.
  • Experience with Flash (action script) programming, an asset.
  • Knowledge of other Adobe products.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Graphic Design (web) or the equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in web design.

  • Knowledge of the HTML language and graphic production elements both for the web and other interactive media, an asset.

Web Integrator

Position Summary

Reporting to the team leader, the role of the web integrator is to contribute to the development and production of different web products using normal and functionnal HTML language.

Programmer

Position Summary

Reporting to the Programming Director, the employee will be responsible for analyzing requests and specifications made by internal and external clients. Resourceful and a strong problem-solver, the individual will also work in collaboration with the 'front-end' development group to validate and develop new application and modification tools.

The Internet specialist will respond to the specific requests and needs of an online clientele, offer a personalized service to visitors to the sites and send out informational emails about products and promotions.
