Robert Huff and Nicola Larini gave Chevrolet Cruze its first victories, this week-end in Marrakech, for the 5th and 6th rounds of the WTCC.
After four victories in a row (Curitiba and Puebla), Seat's domination had come to an end in Marocco. 60 kgs lighters than the Spanish cars, the new Chevrolet Cruze set the pace this week-end. After he set pole position, Rob Huff took victory in Race 1, before his team mate Nicola Larini clinched his first WTCC win ever in Race 2. Great satisfaction also for Yvan Muller (Seat Leon Tdi), who left Marrakech with a 12 points advantage at provisional classification ahead of Gabriele Tarquini. Recent Articles
