The M3 Cabriolet's hardtop takes 22 seconds to drop, triggered either within the car or by remote. Doing so betters the driver's audition to the (oil temperature dependent) variable 8,400 rpm red line of the 414 horsepower 4-litre V8. The mechanical power of this car is routed to the rear wheels through a smart rear differential, and is only rivalled by the power of its presence.
