Ford Taurus AWD/Taurus X AWD
Forget about the latest generation, which is still too expensive as a used car to be considered for this list. However, the model before that was built on the same platform and came with available AWD. Comfortable and competent in the snow, it’s hard to find a better deal among large American sedans. A wagon variant called Taurus X (formerly known as Freestyle) was also part of the lineup.
