The Santa FE SUV got a significant refresh for 2021, and it’s all to the good as KBB found no better option in the two-row midsize class. In fact, it was already the Best Buy choice in 2020, even before the latest improvements.

What KBB liked:

- Stronger base engine
- Stronger optional turbo engine
- Hybrid and plug-in hybrid models on the way
- Improved styling on the outside
- Improved everything on the inside
- Larger screens and high-end options for the seats, upholstery, etc.
- Latest-generation tech for the infotainment and for safety functions
- Strong warranty
