As a rule, both the Dodge Stratus and Plymouth Breeze mirrored the Cirrus in positive and negative attributes. Either model will most likely cost a little less on the used market too, partly due to their less expensive initial prices and resultant lack of higher-end features, as well as the fact neither brand presently sells a midsize car in Canada. The Breeze for all points and purposes is now an orphan, as its Plymouth namesake is pushing up flowers. Parts, however, are easy to come by due to being near identical to the Dodge and Chrysler cars.

As for the near future, Dodge cars seem to be making their way back above the 49th parallel, with the new SX 2.0 leading the way. There is no word as of yet if any other Ram branded cars will follow suit.

As far as the 1995 through 2000 Chrysler Cirrus goes it's a fairly good bet, especially considering its usual low price of entry. Just make sure and take your time looking it over, or better yet find a respected mechanic to do a thorough check up before you spend a dime. A little money spent at the beginning, can save a great deal over the long haul.
