Working upwards from its comically oversized 21-inch alloy wheels, the Lightweight Coupe is a vehicle that seems to be styled with heart and soul, like the gorgeous E-Type. While the ALC wasn't styled solely from geometrical shapes to produce the most aerodynamic figure, certain parts of its design, such as the grille used geometry to correctly center it on the horizontal and vertical planes of the vehicle. Like the E, every single line, stemming from the oval grille focal point can be streamlined over its body. Bar the powerful bulge which stretches down the hood of the ALC, the bodywork of the car is clean giving the image that the car's skin has been pulled taut over the bare necessities.
