Partnering up with other manufacturers, such as Subaru, has given the Swedish marque a kick start, but no one is completely sure of what the future holds. General Motors, owner of Saab and a major (20%) shareholder in Fuji Heavy Industries (Subaru), is always looking towards profit, and hopefully the 9-2X will show its worth. Production of the new Saab begins this December, at Subaru's factories in Japan.
