Inspired by the worldwide success of its luxury flagship sedan, Maserati has presented a new top-of-the-line trim level. Called the Executive GT, the car now boasts new exterior colours and interior wood trim.
Exterior enhancements include a chromed mesh grille and polished 9-spoke 19" wheels. Other than the leather and the wood, the GT adds an Alcantara headliner and an optional rear seat comfort package.
Maserati has sold over 2100 units in North-America in 2005, up by 53% compared to 2004. It is another record year in terms of sales. North America is now the most important market for Maserati. The Maserati Quattroporte is the best seller in its segment with 33% of all sales.
