The actual Colt doesn't meet Canadian new-car regulations, so this pipsqueak won't be available here before its next redesign. However, the current model has been around since 2004, so a brand-new model could come along pretty soon.
The Mitsubishi Colt could be successful in Canada, because it fulfills our needs for cheap transportation, and is aesthetically pleasing, too. With a little luck, we will be able to get a closer look at this attractive little subcompact in showrooms within 2 years.
