All Accords get six airbags, Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), Honda's ACE body structure, 4-wheel discs brakes and a MP3-capable CD player with wheel-mounted controls.

EX models get 17-inch alloy wheels, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), a power driver's seat, a 6-CD changer and a power sunroof. The leather-equipped EX-L adds XM radio, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, an upgraded sound system.

Top-shelf EX-L V6 versions get for lights, HomeLink, and power front passenger seat. The EX-L V6 Coupe gets some exclusivities, such as 18-inch alloy wheels and a rear decklid spoiler.

So, the Accord is bigger, more powerful, safer, better-equipped and, probably, a little more expensive. Honda's primary competitors for the 2008 Accord are the Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima. Stay tuned for our driving impressions, coming up in a couple of weeks, but in the meantime, you can check out the photo gallery featuring both the Accord Coupe and Accord Sedan.
