Serious lack of seriousness
The entry price for this entertaining doohickey is $19,998 before tax, freight and delivery charges, while our SL AWD test vehicle costs $26,648. The leather seats, XM radio and Rockford Fostage stereo are part of the $2,600 Navigation Package.

So, for around $30K, you can choose a less-equipped MINI Cooper S hatchback or base versions of the Clubman and Countryman. Front-drive Jukes are most likely to rival the Kia Soul, the Scion xB and, why not, Nissan’s own cube.

Ugly or not, the Juke does not go unnoticed. It’s a zippy, pint-sized crossover that isn’t very spacious but has plenty of character. This sucker is seriously quick, but that’s about the only serious part about it.
