If you are travelling with 2 kids, or adults who act like children, the dual view entertainment system is great. You get two screens to watch separate movies or play games. My only complaint with this system is that because of the moonroof, the TV screens are located side by side in front of the second row of seats. I found it to be a bit distracting to be trying to watch a romantic comedy on one while the screen right beside it has an action pact thriller playing on it. As much as I feel this is a great option, I prefer Dodges approach to this with one screen in front of the second row and the other in front of the third row. Keep in mind that this is because of the large moonroof.
The 4-cylinder engine was fine to drive, a bit more engine noise than the V6 but enough power for everyday driving. But on the hills, passing and off the line, I would go for the V6.
The Sienna is still the only one in this class to offer an AWD option, a huge consideration for most Canadians. And the one feature that really makes this van stand apart from the rest.
The MSRP for the 4-cylinder Sienna is $27,900. The V6 will start at around $28,900 for the standard model, $32,500 for the LE 8-passenger, $36,600 for the SE 8-passenger. The top of the line Limited AWD will be just over $49,000.
I cannot bring myself to say that this Sienna is cool – it is still a minivan – but I will admit that I think it is the hottest looking minivan, both inside and out, currently on the Canadian market. If you have 2 or more kids and need to move them, their stuff and their friends around, this redesigned Sienna will do all that and more!
