A Volkswagen employee just made a mistake – and the day of VW enthusiasts around the world – by accidentally posting online a picture of the redesigned 2012 Tiguan for a brief period of time. Since one Internet user was quick and smart enough to save the image on his computer, we can now share it with you.
As you can see, the compact SUV will lose some distinctiveness and inherit the brand's new corporate nose, bringing the Tiguan in line with other VW models like the Touareg.
That's all we know about the vehicle for now. Full details and specs will be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March... unless someone else spills the beans in the meantime!
