-There's also a more sophisticated Navigation Radio with Voice Recognition for $4,665, which includes all of the stuff listed above with a rear-entertainment system including a DVD player with remote control, overhead display, two sets of two-channel wireless infrared headphones, and auxiliary audio/video input jacks.

-If you add an optional navigation system, you can also add a rearview camera system for $235 for improved safety and parking ease. Mowat says this system includes a license plate pocket for an integrated styling appearance and works in conjunction with the Ultrasonic Rear Parking Assist to "provide an excellent assist for parallel parking or trailer towing."
The camera only functions when the vehicle is shifted into reverse, Mowat explains, and for convenience it will stay on for a calibrated length of time determined, in part, by vehicle speed after the vehicle is shifted into Drive. When the Rear Parking Assist sensor(s) detects an object behind the truck, Mowat says, it "alerts the camera and sends a message of what it has seen and where. The camera provides a significantly wide view -- approximately 6.1 m -- of distance behind the truck."

-There's a heated steering wheel for $180, which includes a lighted activation button.

-A sophisticated power sunroof is also optional for $1,325, with such features as tilt-sliding, express-open and close, a wind deflector, and a universal home remote.

-Finally, the Yukon Denali buyer can replace the two leather-appointed buckets in the second row with a 60/40 split-folding three-passenger bench seat with a centre armrest and get a $700 credit.
