General Motors has been plagued with recalls in recent weeks, calling back more than 2.5 million vehicles. That trend doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon. While the automaker isn't stating what exactly was wrong with its entry-level Aveo, it is telling its retailers to cease all sales.
