Montréal,- It's official: BIXI is now part of the landscape in Côte-des-Neiges--Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (CDN--NDG). The very first self-serve bike stations were officially launched yesterday, near the Centre hospitalier universitaire Sainte-Justine, at an event attended by Borough Mayor Michael Applebaum.
