Volvo XC60 named 2018 World Car of the Year in New York

As every year during the New York International Auto Show, the 2018 World Car of the Year award was handed out this week, and once again an SUV model took top honours. The Volvo XC60 takes the crown from the Jaguar F-PACE, 2017’s big winner. It beat out two heavyweight contenders, the Mazda CX-5 and the Range Rover Velar, both of them… SUVs.
