If you’re still not convinced the Hyundai Genesis Coupe offers great performance value for your money, this latest piece of news may make you change your tune.
Although there are several rumours going around that the Korean automaker will plunk its 5.0-litre V8 under the coupe’s hood, new photos indicate that the 3.8-litre, 306-hp V6 will be back –bringing a supercharger with it.
And so, the diminutive Genesis would see its power boosted to a level nearing that of the Mustang GT, powered by a potent 412-hp V8.
So here’s the 100-dollar question: when can we get our hands on one?
Although other sites are saying the new engine will be available as soon as the 2013 model hits dealerships, it’s all rather vague. Any answer we could give you right now would be about as reliable as a politician’s promise.
The sooner the better, at any rate!
