Distant cousin to the Polestar 2, the XC40 Recharge is positioned as a slightly more affordable and slightly roomier alternative to that EV. Regardless of what you think of Volvo's strategy, the XC40 Recharge is a fun-to-drive, powerful and well put together little vehicle.
It is also now being joined by the more-sloped-roof C40, essentially an adjunct that offers racier looks and sporty driving.
