The Outlander PHEV SUV will once again be available for ’24, and once again it gets a third row of seating.

After a redesign for 2022, the Outlander gained new, aggressive styling highlighted by an enlarged take on its “Dynamic Shield” grille and more robust interior offerings. Even with all that, the Outlander remains one of the best bargains on this list.

2024 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid

For 2024, Porsche has brought two PHEVs to the table with the Cayenne E Hybrid and Panamera E Hybrid. The Cayenne can be had with either a turbo V6 with electric motor or a twin-turbo V8 with electric motor whose combined kick of 729 hp and 701 lb-ft of torque make for a 0-100 km/h sprint of just 3.7 seconds. The E-Hybrid models can be had in either SUV or Coupe form.

The Panamera also gets the two powertrain choices but makes even more power than the Cayenne in Turbo S E-Hybrid form (totalling 771 hp and 738 lb-ft) and also gets an additional 4S E-Hybrid trim the Cayenne doesn’t have.
