ART Grand Prix (the team of Frederic Vasseur and Nicloas Todt that wanted to become the 13th F1 team) has announced it would terminate its Formula 3 programme and not be taking part in any Formula 3 series in 2011.

The evolution of the company means that ART Grand Prix will take on some new directions that will be revealed in the near future.

ART Grand Prix clinched every F3 Euroseries title between 2004 and 2009, with Jamie Green, Lewis Hamilton, Paul Di Resta, Romain Grosjean, Nico Hülkenberg and Jules Bianchi.

On the other hand, the French squad will continue to compete in the GP2 and GP3 series, and has announced the signing of GP3 champion Esteban Gutierrez as his new GP2 driver in 2011.
