The Aston Martin One-77 supercar, the most exclusive model in the brand's upcoming lineup, has already sold 60 of 77 units to be produced... before the assembly line even started rolling.

The One-77 is priced at about CDN$ 2 million and features a 750-horsepower V12 engine, hand-formed aluminum components and panels as well as a carbon fibre bodywork manufactured by Canadian-based Multimatic.

That means the Bugatti Veyron proves more popular among ultra-high-end car buyers, (with 50 copies sold in just a few months back in 2006) than the One-77 with 60 cars sold in one year or so.

However, Aston Martin is said to be making collateral profits as most customers who pre-ordered a One-77 have already bought or showed interest in buying the new Cygnet city car, available in a colour that matches the exclusive flagship.
