Does anyone remember the Lagonda? In the past, this was Aston Martin's flagship sedan. Now that Porsche has announced the Panamera, that Bentley has the Continental Flying Spur and Maserati, the Quattroporte, Aston Martin is thinking about getting back into the ultra-luxury sport-sedan club.
The Rapide Concept is based on the same chassis as the DB9 and V8 although it has been stretched to accommodate a second row of seats and 2 extra doors. From far, the Rapide looks simply like an extended version of the DB9 coupe. Upon closer inspection, only the front grille is slightly reviewed reminding everyone that something as good looking as the DB9 should not tampered with.
