Bentley unveiled the Bentayga First Edition to a select group of VIP customers last night at the iconic Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles. The company will build only 608 units as this number marks the metric power output of the Bentayga (608 PS or 600 hp). Pricing has yet to be announced.
The world’s most powerful SUV in production made its global debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show back in September. It uses a 6.0L W12 engine to sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 301 km/h.
The Bentayga First Edition features Union Jack badging, illuminated treadplates, and 22” black painted and polished wheels. Just ten exterior colours are offered, highlighting the exclusivity of the model (Bentley customers can normally choose from more than a hundred colours). The interior boasts rich materials such as premium leather, genuine wood and aluminum, as well as a “FIRST EDITION” logo embroidered on the seats.
