Bob Attrell emerged the winner of a wild race of the
Castrol Canadian Touring Car Championship in Montreal during the Napa 200 NASCAR Nationwide meeting.

The three previous race leaders all encountered mechanical problems. Marc-Antoine Camirand retired on lap 5 when his BMW Z3 endured a mechanical failure.
Sasha Anis (Hyundai Genesis) inherited the lead but also encountered problems and stopped on the track. The incident gave the lead to Nick Wittmer (Honda Civic). But Wittmer also stopped out on the race track with terminal problems!

Bob Attrell (Hyundai Genesis) finally won the race, having started in third place. Scott Nicol (Honda Civic) arrived home in second place ahead of Etienne Borgeat (Pontiac Solstice).
In the Touring category, veteran race car driver Jocelyn Hebert finished first in his Honda Civic, followed by the Civics of Tom Kwok and Gary Kwok.
