Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) unveiled their 2012 Cayman Interseries schedule.
The Cayman Interseries is a single-make championship, the only of its kind to feature Porsche’s 320-horsepower Cayman S.
The cars, prepared by Napleton Porsche, are kept as close as possible to productions specs, and each features a historic livery from the brand’s glorious racing past.
Race weekends for the Cayman Interseries competitors include both sprint and endurance races, of two hours or more.
"As we did prior to the 2011 season, we asked our Cayman Interseries competitors what they would like to see as far as race events this season," explained Ron Barnaba, Napleton Porsche general manager and Cayman Interseries founder, before shedding lights on their 2012 schedule.
It explains why they will visit tracks such as Road America, Road Atlanta, Sebring, Palm Beach and VIR.
