Visionary have quite the task ahead - not only expanding the brand, but convincing America that the Chinese-built products are worthy of consumer confidence. What Chery lacks in brand history or heritage, Bricklin promises it will make up for in pricing, which is expected to be some 30 percent less than class average. The brand will also sell its cars in unique dealer outlets, which are to feature an auto show-like setup without salespeople, and non-negotiable vehicle pricing. Look for the first wave of Chinese-built Cherys to hit dealerships mid-2007.
