Chop Shop Customs showcased their 1970 Nova at the 2010 SEMA show in Las Vegas, giving everyone a glance at their capabilities when it comes to building exciting cars.

The Nova has a GM 350 cubic-inch, high-output engine with a Magna Charger forced-induction and a Tremec 5-speed transmission. It has not officially been told, but the car should produce about 450 horsepower, according to dyno tests. A Merlot Jewel Pearl paint from Dupont and 18-inch wheels wrapped in Falken tires give the car a very unique and modern look. A Ride Tech air suspension also make the Nova stand very low to add another touch of visual candy. To compliment this modern look, classic elements like a 1968 Camaro dash with classic instruments were added.

This Nova has been given away at the 2010 Syracuse Nationals event in July and pictures of the build are available on Chop Shop Custom's Facebook page.
