Bob Nardelli, president and CEO of Chrysler LLC, announced this morning that the future of the Dodge Viper is unsure.
After having been approached by a third party interested in the car, Nardelli said that he would consider the propositions put to him. According to him, Chrysler's decision will please everyone, even die-hard Viper fans.
The Viper is a high-performance vehicle available as a coupe or roadster, both powered by a 600-hp, V10 engine. Since its introduction in the American market in 1992, the Viper sits enthroned at the top of the Dodge lineup. Its unique style and breathtaking power have made American sports car icon.
